RESERVATIONS AND ACCOMMODATION

The management of VEST Ltd. ensures the provision of services requested and paid for by the customer through online reservation, in full quantity and quality, according to the data provided by the customer through the reservation form including: customer name, period, number of nights, number of adults and children, price per night.

All customer requests filled in the “Note” field in the reservation form will be fulfilled if possible.

Only persons under the age of arrival are accepted in the reservation for children.

All-inclusive meals start with an afternoon breakfast on the day of arrival and end with lunch on the day of departure. Check-out – by 12:00.

For late arrivals and early departures: guests receive a package with a cold sandwich, dry dessert, fruit, min. 330 ml of water. The price includes the corresponding number of nights on an all-inclusive basis, use of 1 swimming pool 1/children’s pool/, sun lounger, umbrella at the pools, internet in the reception area, lobby bar and pools.

A birth certificate or international passport will be required upon check-in for children under 11.99 years of age.
Meals start with an afternoon snack on the day of arrival and end with lunch on the day of departure. Guests missing a meal are not compensated.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

The prices on the website of VEST Ltd. are in Bulgarian Lev (BGN), including VAT, the tourist tax and insurance. The total amount due from the customer is automatically calculated based on the number of days, number of adults and children, and the current price offer for the respective period.

When making online reservations, a 30% payment of the total reservation amount is required at the time of booking for guarantee purposes, either via debit/credit card or, at least, via bank transfer within the specified period after booking.

VEST Ltd. reserves the right to change prices and special offers on its website depending on demand and the availability of rooms at the time. For already created, confirmed and paid reservations, the amount due remains unchanged, regardless of any new price offers presented.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS

In case of cancellation, non-use or changes to an already paid online reservation by the customer, VEST Ltd. will refund the paid amount upon request, applying the appropriate penalty:

Changes to the reservation without penalty can be made up to 7 days before the check-in date.

Cancellations without penalty can be made up to 7 days before the check-in date.

In case of changes or cancellations after this period, a penalty equal to the prepaid deposit is due.

When refunding the paid amount, all transfer costs (bank fees and others) are at the customer’s expense. Refunds due to cancellation will be processed within a 30-day period, depending on the payment method. The amounts will be refunded only to the bank account from which they were received. The data from your card is only used by the intermediary bank and is not stored by us.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment can be made in three different ways:

1. Electronically via Debit or Credit Card

We accept payments with Visa, American Express, Trans cars, Cirrus, V Pay, MasterCard, or Maestro cards. When this payment method is selected, a payment page from our servicing bank (Eurobank /Postbank ) will open, where you will enter your card details. If you are registered with the authentication methods “Verified by VISA” or “MasterCard SecureCode”, an authentication page from your issuing bank will open, where you will enter your authentication password. Upon successful transaction, a transaction receipt will appear on the screen, which you can print or save.

Your card data is only used by the intermediary bank and is not stored by us.

To protect you from fraud when paying with your Visa or MasterCard card, we apply the best practices recommended by the international card organizations:

Security during the entry and transmission of card details is ensured through the use of an SSL protocol to encrypt the connection between our server and the payment page of our servicing bank.

The authenticity of your card is verified by entering the security code (CVV2).

Additionally, to identify you as the cardholder, the payment server for e-commerce of our servicing bank supports the authentication schemes of international card organizations – “Verified by VISA” and “MasterCard SecureCode”, if you are registered to use them.

At the moment of the online reservation, the mentioned amounts will be automatically charged to your card once the payment process is completed.

For security purposes, the maximum amount that can be paid by card is 3,000 BGN.

2. By Bank Transfer

The payment of the specified amount must be made no later than the deadline specified after the reservation. After making the payment, it is recommended to send a copy of the payment document to reservation@caesarpalace.eu with the reservation number included in the payment reference.

3. In Cash, at the Reception of VEST EOOD

For reservations with a check-in date within the next 3 days, it is recommended to choose payment in cash at the reception to speed up the reservation processing.

IMPORTANT!

If the online reservation is not paid by the specified deadline and no copy of the payment document is sent for bank transfer payments, your reservation will be automatically canceled by the reservation system.

In case you are unable to pay the amount for an already made online reservation, please inform us at e-mail: reservation@caesarpalace.eu . If this condition is not met, VEST EOOD reserves the right to seek responsibility and penalties for made and unpaid reservations.

REFUNDING OF AMOUNTS

In the event that the customer cancels their reservation under the conditions specified above, we will refund the amount using the same payment method that was used for the reservation.

Refunds for amounts paid by bank card or bank transfer can only be made to the bank card or bank account used for the payment. All bank fees for this transaction are the responsibility of the customer.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

VEST EOOD undertakes the obligation to provide the customer with the full amount of the requested and paid services.

VEST EOOD is obligated not to change the price of the services requested by the customer, except in exceptional cases when it is economically justified.

VEST EOOD is not responsible for damages caused by actions of third parties.

Amounts for requested but unused services, either entirely or partially, due to the customer’s fault, are not refunded.

The customer is responsible for adhering to the generally accepted norms of good behavior during their stay at the hotel. All costs for material damages caused to the hotel are the responsibility of the customer.

VEST EOOD reserves the right to modify the information on this page and the general conditions at any time. Although all efforts are made to provide accurate and correct information, this cannot always be guaranteed.

When the customer makes a reservation, it is considered that they have read and agreed to these general terms and conditions. Reservations made by phone, email, or through our website are considered to constitute a contractual relationship. The payment made is considered as acceptance of the general terms and conditions for staying at the hotel.

For any disputes and legal matters not regulated by these general terms and conditions and the privacy policy and arising in connection with the use of the website caesarpalace.eu, the mandatory legal provisions in the Republic of Bulgaria apply.
